If for some reason product will not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 business days of receiving your order.
To return an item:
Contact us via email@example.com and describe the issue. Pack the items back into the parcel and send it to the address that we have provided via e-mail correspondence. If item is faulty, we will fully refund the cost of any defective products. We will also cover the postage costs and any import tax you had to pay. If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order and you contacted us within 48 hours replacement of the goods will be arranged or full refund will be issued
The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
The returned product must be in the original neat packaging;
The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (intact labels, unripped protective film, etc.) (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product);
The returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer.
