Delivery time 1-3 days, if the product is in stock, it is recommended to call us and we will clarify whether we really have the product of your choice. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery term is up to 10 working days.
If there are public holidays when your order is placed, the delivery time may be extended by 1-2 days. During long holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, add 3-4 days to the delivery period.
The goods can be accepted / picked up only by the person who made the order, or the person specified in the order form. When accepting / collecting goods, it is necessary to have an identity document (identity card, passport, driving license). The courier will ask you to provide a document.
At the time of delivery, you must check the condition of the parcel. If you are dissatisfied with the condition of the goods, you have the right not to sign the bill of lading and return the goods. Once you have signed the bill of lading, we accept no liability for the condition of the goods, i.e. external damage (if it is not a factory defect) and defects in the assembly.
