We’re so glad you’re here. We have updated our e-shop and added some new services and projects here. You can now order clothes and home textiles in the sizes you need. The button "CUSTOMISE" will direct you to the platform where you can select the fabric and enter the measurements of the product you need. At the moment, maybe not all products have that button working, but in the future all our products will have this function. If you currently urgently need a product according to your measurements, contact us and we will send you an individual calculation. FABRICS, lace, ribbons and cords, depending on the product, you can buy measured - in meters and half meters, as well as in rolls, where the price of the meter is significantly lower. In the "SERVICES" category, you can order our sewing and product development services. We will make the product according to your drawing or photo. We will also organize the production of labels and packaging with your logo. Here you can also join the "GROUP BUYING" project, where we aim to connect many small customers to produce a large quantity of products or fabrics at a low price. Currently, a project of woven halflinen jacquard towels with popular traditional motifs has been launched here.We invite you to join this project even with a minimum reservation of 24 towels. You will be able to find copies of your previous ALETA orders in your account. This will help you prepare new orders. Please write a rating and comment on our services. Terms of use

Your continued use of our website services means acceptance of these rules. All disagreements and disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. ALETA naturalis sells natural products. Linen or wool fabrics and products made from them may have irregularities, which confirms their naturalness. Linen fabrics can shrink differently depending on the start or end of the roll, and also depending on the color of the fabric. This may introduce 2-3% deviations in product sizes. Rolls of natural linen fabric can have different shades. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the ideal color reproduction of bleached and dyed fabrics.

Order and payment

When registering on our page, you must enter the correct information necessary for the delivery of the package. The order is considered submitted when it is fully paid. We will confirm receipt of the order by e-mail. Payment can be made via PayPal, PaySera, credit card, bank transfer or on delivery. For another payment method, please contact us. All bank charges are paid by the customer. You must pay all applicable import taxes in your country, if any. The prices are indicated with the statutory 21% VAT (separate procedure for wholesalers). We have the right to cancel the order if it turns out that there is a lack of raw materials for the execution of the order or the wrong price or other essential information was indicated in the e-shop. In that case, the money you paid will be returned to the same account from which you paid within 3 working days. You have the right to refuse the order if the shipping time is longer than what was specified at the time of ordering. The goods remain our property until they are fully paid for.

Dispatch and Delivery

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days. We will ship custom-made goods within 2-7 working days - depending on the size of the order. Otherwise, we will inform you of the planned dispatch date within 2 working days. After sending the goods, we will inform you by a separate e-mail - we will send the tracking number of your shipment. Packages travel from 2 to 10 days - depending on your address and the chosen delivery method.

Return of goods

You can return goods from the warehouse within 14 working days. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Products made to your order cannot be returned if they are not substantially defective. In that case, please contact us.

Privacy Policy

We use your data provided to us exclusively for order preparation, transport organization, statistics and improving our services. We may need to transfer some of your data to third parties if they perform part of the services we provide. We store the body and product measurements you enter in your Size Register. We use secure payment providers such as PayPal to process payments. We do not see the payment card data you enter and do not have the ability to save it. Our page uses data analysis management tools - cookies. When visiting our site, you have the option to choose which cookies you accept. If you decline the necessary cookies, some parts of the website may not function or function properly.

Wholesalers

If you register on our page as a company and want to see wholesale prices in the e-shop, please contact us and indicate your company's registration number in the letter. Within 2 business hours, your account will be changed to wholesaler. Wholesalers see their prices without VAT.
